Kathleen O'Driscoll is the current Vice President of Human Resources - Global Benefits, Wellbeing & HR Policy at Cognizant. Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits and global finance. Prior to her current role, she were the Vice President of Business Group on Health, where she oversaw the strategic direction and development of the Global Institute. Kathleen has also held senior HR positions at Honeywell and Seton Hall University.
